Sales Associate / Cashier

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and reliable Sales Associate who will manage the checkout area, assist customers, and help promote our product range. The position is based in the city centre of Zagreb and offers a stable, long‑term employment relationship.

Key responsibilities

• Operate the cash register, handling cash and card transactions accurately.
• Prepare offers, issue invoices, and maintain necessary sales documentation.
• Provide courteous and professional assistance to customers, answering questions and guiding purchases.

Required profile

• Previous experience in sales is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Polite, professional attitude toward customers.
• Basic computer literacy for point‑of‑sale systems.
• Willingness to learn new products and technologies.
