About the role

We are looking for a Project Manager to lead construction projects for Modulor Constructions in Virovitica and Senj. The role involves overseeing the full project lifecycle, from planning to delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets and quality standards are met.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the complete project flow: planning, monitoring, reporting and cost control.
• Create and continuously update the project schedule (dynamic plan).
• Coordinate activities among designers, contractors, supervisors and investors.
• Monitor on‑site work progress and align resources (people, material, equipment).
• Handle risk management and resolve operational issues.
• Control quality and ensure compliance with technical specifications and legal regulations.
• Prepare and control the project budget, analyse deviations and propose corrective actions.
• Produce and maintain project documentation, reports and meeting minutes.
• Communicate with investors, subcontractors and other project participants.
• Monitor safety standards (occupational safety, environmental protection) and participate in procurement and subcontractor agreements.

Required profile

• Exclusive work experience in the construction sector.
