About the role

We are looking for a friendly and reliable sales associate to work in our souvenir and gift shop in the centre of Zagreb. The role involves serving customers, handling transactions and supporting a nearby shoe store when needed, especially during the upcoming winter season.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers in the gift shop and, when required, in the adjacent shoe store.
• Operate the cash register, issue receipts and manage cash responsibly.
• Maintain the shop’s appearance: arrange window displays, keep the floor tidy, and stock shelves.
• Prepare and wrap gift packages for customers.
• Provide courteous and clear communication with tourists and local shoppers.

Required profile

• Fluent spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong communication skills and a willingness to work with both tourists and domestic customers.
• Attention to detail in store cleanliness and presentation.
• Reliability in handling cash and completing transactions.
