About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Associate to join our bakery‑shop in Zagreb. The role involves direct interaction with customers, handling transactions and keeping the store tidy and well‑presented.

Key responsibilities

• Inform customers about bakery products and answer their questions.
• Provide friendly service and support throughout the shopping experience.
• Operate the cash register, process payments and issue receipts.
• Prepare, arrange and display fresh goods on the shelves.
• Maintain cleanliness of the sales area and ensure a pleasant environment.

Required profile

• Good communication skills and a customer‑oriented attitude.
• Reliability and ability to work in a fast‑paced retail setting.
• Basic numeracy for handling cash transactions.
