About the role

TEHNOZAVOD d.o.o. seeks a proactive Sales Engineer to expand its market, maintain relationships with existing customers, and present technical protection solutions to end‑users. The role involves close collaboration with external partners and continuous market analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Open and grow the market of future buyers while keeping contacts with current users.
• Deliver presentations of technical protection systems to end‑customers.
• Maintain relationships with external partners to stay informed about new technologies and products.
• Attend industry fairs, trainings, and professional education events.
• Prepare independent offers and propose technical solutions tailored to customer needs.
• Suggest strategic sales channels, monitor market trends, and follow relevant legislation.

Required profile

• At least a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering.
• Experience in similar positions, preferably in sales.
• Knowledge of technical protection systems.
• Fluent English, both spoken and written.
• Systematic approach to customer requirements and strong negotiation and presentation skills.
