About the role

The role supports TELUS Digital’s AI Community by verifying and enriching spatial and mapping datasets for Bosnia and Herzegovina. Your local geographic knowledge and analytical skills will help ensure maps are accurate and reliable for millions of users.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct structured quality audits on spatial datasets using mapping platforms, search directories and GIS‑standard evaluation tools.
• Evaluate and cross‑reference complex business, geographic and cultural data entries against multiple authoritative sources.
• Perform root‑cause analysis when data points conflict, documenting discrepancies with precise reasoning.
• Apply detailed evaluation frameworks consistently across diverse geographic and cultural variations.
• Provide structured feedback to refine mapping algorithms and improve geographic intelligence.

Required profile

• Professional fluency in English and Bosnian (both Latin and Cyrillic scripts) with native‑level proficiency.
• Residency in Bosnia and Herzegovina for the last five consecutive years.
• Deep regional, cultural and geographic knowledge of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
• Advanced analytical thinking and methodical problem‑solving ability.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in analytical, technical or research disciplines (strongly preferred).
• Stable internet connection and personal computer.
