About the role

The company is looking for an expert to develop and optimise inventory management processes. You will lead the definition, testing and implementation of automatic ordering systems while supporting the department head in strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Define, set and optimise parameters of the automatic ordering system and ensure its efficiency.
• Lead validation and testing of solutions and decide on implementation.
• Define KPIs, monitor results and provide improvement recommendations at department and business level.
• Manage a team of senior specialists and specialists, guiding their work and development.
• Ensure consistent work methods and standards within the assigned area.
• Independently lead complex internal and external end‑to‑end projects.
• Provide operational support to the department head in decision‑making and priority setting.
• Coordinate collaboration with commercial, logistics and IT departments and guarantee solution quality.

Required profile

• VSS or lower with relevant economic or technical education.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Proven experience in leading people or projects.
• Advanced analytical thinking and ability to solve complex problems.
• Experience with inventory management systems (preferred).
• Experience with databases (preferred).
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Fluent English, both spoken and written.
• Proactive attitude, ownership mindset and result orientation.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
