Retail Inventory Management Expert

About the role

We are looking for a Retail Inventory Management Expert to lead and develop a team of specialists responsible for store inventory across our locations. You will ensure timely and optimal ordering, analyze sales and stock data, and continuously improve processes to boost efficiency and reduce costs.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of inventory specialists and senior specialists.
• Ensure timely and optimal orders for stores from warehouses and suppliers using advanced systems such as Solvoyo.
• Analyze sales, stock, seasonality and promotion data to optimize product availability and KPIs.
• Continuously improve ordering and inventory management processes to increase efficiency and lower costs.
• Collaborate closely with planning, warehouse ordering, logistics and retail teams to resolve operational issues.
• Coordinate with commercial, MDM and Space & Layout Management teams to guarantee accurate data and optimal store assortments.
• Monitor order execution, control results and propose improvements.
• Prepare regular reports on inventory, ordering efficiency and key performance indicators.
• Mentor, educate and develop team members to build a strong, autonomous team.

Required profile

• Secondary school education (VSS) or lower, with relevant work experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in similar inventory or supply‑chain roles.
• Professional and communicative work approach.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and develop a team.
• Ability to work under pressure and make quality decisions.
• Excellent analytical abilities, proactive mindset and solution orientation.
• Team‑player attitude.

Required skills

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience with Solvoyo or similar advanced inventory planning systems.
• Proficient English language skills.
