Domar (maintenance worker)

About the role

We are looking for a friendly, smiling maintenance worker to join our team on a beautiful island location. The role involves independent handling of a wide range of technical and repair tasks for our hospitality facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve various technical problems autonomously.
• Operate and maintain a variety of tools and equipment.
• Perform welding and cutting of metal and stone using appropriate saws.
• Drill metal and wood, and carry out bike repairs from tyre patching to brake adjustments.
• Carry out basic plumbing and electrical installations and repairs.
• Repair plastic shutters, replace sliding tracks on windows and doors.
• Execute minor construction tasks, including façade and wall repairs.

Required profile

• A smiling, kind person with courteous attitude toward guests and staff.
• Proven experience as a maintenance worker.
• Ability to work independently and solve technical issues.
• Valid driving licence.
• Very good spoken English.
