About the role
The company INOX Spedition GmbH is looking for a remote dispatcher based in Bosnia and Herzegovina. You will independently coordinate and manage a fleet of trucks across the EU, ensuring smooth communication with drivers and compliance with transport regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage own trucks throughout the EU (AT, DE, IT, etc.) and handle international shipments.
- Communicate daily with drivers, schedule routes, and ensure adherence to driving‑time and rest regulations.
- Plan, monitor and optimise transport processes, proactively tracking shipments and delivery deadlines.
- Maintain client relationships, negotiate pricing and coordinate continuously with business partners.
Required profile
- Professional experience in dispatch and transport logistics.
- Strong communication skills with drivers.
- Excellent knowledge of European geography and international transport regulations.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.
- Good computer literacy.
