Key responsibilities

• Customer service via mail and phone
• Identifying customer demands and introducing the product range
• Providing information on contractual terms, invoices and cancellation terms
• Ensuring customer satisfaction

Required profile

• Fluent in speaking Swedish
• Good knowledge of English in spoken and written language
• Good working knowledge of MS Office
• Sales or telemarketing experience preferable
• Confident and professional on the phone
• Target‑driven personality, friendly and communicative
• Ideally previous experience in a call‑center environment
