Clinical Research Associate - Monitoring

About the role

PSI, a Contract Research Organization with more than 30 years of experience, is hiring a Clinical Research Associate to carry out monitoring on clinical studies across different therapeutic areas. The position requires relocation to the Trebinje area in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct and report all types of on-site monitoring visits
• Take part in study startup
• Review CRFs, verify source documents and resolve queries
• Manage site communication and act as a point of contact for in-house support services and vendors
• Keep internal project teams informed on study progress
• Take part in feasibility research and help the regulatory team prepare submission documents
• Support and take part in audits and inspections

Required profile

• College or university degree in Life Sciences, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience
• Meets the CRA/monitoring requirements for Bosnia and Herzegovina
• At least 1 year of independent on-site monitoring experience
• Full working proficiency in English and Serbian
• Valid driver's licence and ability to travel across the region
