About the role
ZLATARNA DODIĆ is looking for a motivated retail sales associate to work in its City Center One West store in Zagreb. You will be part of a family‑owned jewellery business, helping customers find the perfect pieces while ensuring the shop runs smoothly.
Key responsibilities
- Organise and coordinate daily store operations.
- Actively engage in sales and provide product advice to customers.
- Monitor and achieve the store’s sales targets.
- Maintain the visual appearance of the shop and present the product range attractively.
- Work in rotating shifts, covering six days a week.
Required profile
- Previous experience in sales and customer service.
- Strong communication and organisational abilities.
- Responsible, independent, proactive and results‑oriented.
- Basic computer literacy.
