About the role
Join TELUS Digital, a leader in the Customer Experience (CX) industry, as a Customer Support Representative serving clients in both Slovenian and English. You will handle customer inquiries via phone and email, provide accurate information, and work to ensure customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Listen to and respond to customer queries by phone and email.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to meet client requests.
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
Required profile
- Fluent in Slovenian.
- Good level of English.
