Back Office Gaming Support Specialist – German & English

About the role

Join TELUS Digital's new Game Support Team in Sofia and help players enjoy a seamless gaming experience. You will act as the first point of contact for player issues, ensuring their concerns are resolved quickly and effectively.

Key responsibilities

• Assist players with any technical or account‑related issues they encounter.
• Focus on delivering an outstanding player experience at every interaction.
• Listen to player feedback and relay it to the appropriate internal teams.
• Collaborate with teammates to continuously improve support processes.

Required profile

• Fluency in German and a good command of English.
• Passionate gamer with personal experience of video games.
• Strong empathy and the ability to see issues from a player’s perspective.
• Understanding of player support concepts and a desire to help players.
