About the role

The Finance and Accounting Manager will independently lead the entire financial and accounting operations of CMC GROUP, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and supporting strategic decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle finance and accounting processes, including bookkeeping, bank statement posting, and VAT calculations.
• Oversee accounts receivable, supplier payments, and asset registers (fixed, material, and intangible).
• Prepare statutory reports, tax filings, payroll, and the annual financial statements (balance sheet, profit & loss, etc.).
• Produce internal financial reports for management, banks, and other institutions.
• Maintain and operate the ERP system Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of accounting, finance, and tax legislation.
• High level of precision, responsibility, and organizational skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to work independently.
• Good communication, teamwork, and willingness to pursue continuous learning.
