Stručni prodajni predstavnik – Wound Care

About the role

BETAMED is expanding its Wound Care division and seeks a proactive, communicative specialist to develop existing and new customers across Croatia and Slovenia. The role combines field sales, clinical support, and education on advanced wound‑care products.

Key responsibilities

• Visit hospitals, clinics, specialist outpatient units and pharmacies to promote the Wound Care portfolio.
• Build and maintain relationships with physicians, nurses, wound‑care units, procurement departments and pharmacy staff.
• Deliver product presentations, training sessions and technical workshops in healthcare facilities.
• Support product introduction, clinical evaluation and feedback collection from end‑users.
• Identify new business opportunities, monitor market trends and report sales performance.
• Prepare offers, tenders and public procurement documentation in collaboration with internal teams.
• Coordinate with suppliers, logistics and administrative departments to ensure smooth order fulfilment.

Required profile

• Completed education in health, biomedical, natural sciences or related fields (SSS/VŠS/VSS).
• Preferably a healthcare professional (e.g., nurse, technician) with experience in wound care or medical product sales.
• Strong communication, presentation and sales abilities.
• Self‑organized, result‑oriented and able to manage field work independently.
• Willingness to travel frequently across the region.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office suite.
