Sport Manager (m/f)

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Sport Manager to lead the design, delivery and operation of sports and recreational activities at our resort. The role combines program development, facility management and guest experience to create memorable, safe and inclusive sport offerings year‑round.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement seasonal sports programs, tournaments, clinics and signature experiences aligned with the resort’s brand.
• Oversee daily operations of all sports facilities, ensuring cleanliness, safety and equipment maintenance.
• Develop and enforce SOPs, conduct risk assessments and maintain certifications and first‑aid readiness.
• Deliver personalized guest services, collaborate with Guest Relations to craft bespoke activity itineraries and respond to feedback.
• Recruit, train, schedule and evaluate sports instructors and activity coordinators, fostering a professional team culture.
• Prepare annual budgets, monitor expenses and identify revenue opportunities through coaching, memberships and retail.
• Coordinate with other departments and support resort‑wide events, marketing campaigns and sustainability initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management, Physical Education, Recreation Management, Hospitality Management or a related field.
• Minimum two years of experience managing sports or recreation operations.
• Additional certifications in sports coaching, outdoor activities or fitness are an advantage.
