Solar Solution Sales Manager

About the role

Huawei Europe is looking for a Solar Solution Sales Manager based in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina. The role sits within the Solution team and works closely with the Sales, Service and Marketing teams to support solar inverter projects and the wider solar market.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain strong internal communication and teamwork with the Sales, Service and Marketing teams
• Analyse the market and suggest a sales strategy and product roadmap for the responsible area
• Plan products, analyse technical demand and product functions, and study trends in the solar inverter market and competitors' strategies
• Deliver technical seminars and webinars and take part in events representing Huawei and its products
• Verify technical solutions with customers and optimise them
• Follow standard operating procedures for technical sales
• Support project bidding by preparing bills of materials, tracking purchase orders, keeping project documentation and answering customer queries

Required profile

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or similar
• 5 years of experience in solution or technical sales for solar energy, inverters or battery storage, or an EPC background (preferred)
• Familiarity with the energy industry and a technical background
• Strong analytical, detail-oriented and communication skills
• Excellent presentation skills in Bosnian/Croatian/Serbian and English
• Driving licence and willingness to travel for business; base in Sarajevo
• Eligible to work and live in the job location
