About the role

We are looking for a motivated Procurement Specialist to manage the full purchasing cycle, from request receipt to supplier relationship maintenance. The role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to communicate effectively in English with domestic and international partners.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and process purchase requests and create purchase orders.
• Collect, compare and evaluate supplier offers.
• Track order fulfillment, delivery dates and quantities.
• Control incoming procurement documentation and keep supplier/item data up‑to‑date.
• Monitor stock levels and trigger timely procurement actions.
• Negotiate prices, payment terms and delivery schedules as needed.
• Communicate with suppliers in English, resolve complaints and delivery issues.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers and identify new sources.
• Organise transport and prepare internal and Intrastat reports.

Required profile

• Secondary or higher education, preferably in economics or a related field.
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
• High sense of responsibility, precision and ability to work independently.
• Strong negotiation skills and experience dealing with suppliers.
• Fluent spoken and written English, including procurement terminology.
• Proficiency with MS Office, especially advanced Excel.
• Team‑oriented mindset.
• Experience with 4D WAND software is a plus.
