About the role

The Legal Advisor will join the in‑house legal team of a medical trade company, focusing primarily on public procurement matters, commercial law, labour law and regulatory compliance. The role involves providing legal opinions, drafting submissions and appeals, and ensuring the company's operations align with relevant legislation.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare legal opinions and draft submissions for public procurement procedures, including appeals.
• Draft, interpret and review all types of contracts.
• Develop internal policies, documents and general corporate acts.
• Monitor legislative changes and align internal regulations accordingly.
• Provide legal advice related to the company's commercial activities.

Required profile

• Law degree (LL.B. or LL.M.) with at least 5 years of legal experience, including a minimum of 2 years in public procurement.
• Strong independence, teamwork orientation and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent presentation, communication and negotiation skills.
• High integrity, reliability, cooperativeness and result‑driven attitude.

Required skills

• Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
