About the role
We are looking for a motivated Kitchen Assistant to support our head chef in daily kitchen operations. The role involves assisting with food preparation, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring a smooth workflow in a fast‑paced restaurant environment.
Key responsibilities
- Follow the head chef’s orders and instructions.
- Assist during food preparation and plating.
- Maintain the quality and cleanliness of kitchen inventory and equipment.
- Perform dishwashing and other cleaning tasks as required.
- Carry out additional duties assigned by the kitchen manager.
Required profile
- Professional, meticulous, and fast‑working attitude.
- Basic experience in food preparation and dishwashing.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to follow directions.
