Medical Writer III (Pharmacovigilance)

About the role

Ergomed is looking for an experienced pharmacovigilance medical writer to join its growing medical writing team. The role combines regulatory writing expertise with a client-focused approach and a passion for developing others, playing a key part in delivering high-quality regulatory documents, strengthening client relationships and supporting the wider team.

Key responsibilities

• Author, review and quality-check regulatory and pharmacovigilance documents such as PSURs/PBRERs, PADERs, ACOs, DSURs and Risk Management Plans (RMPs)
• Ensure documents are scientifically accurate, regulatory compliant and delivered on time
• Work with cross-functional teams to analyse, interpret and present safety data
• Act as a trusted point of contact for clients and support project delivery
• Mentor and share knowledge with junior medical writers
• Contribute to process improvements and higher quality standards

Required profile

• MD, pharmacy or Life Sciences degree (Master's or PhD desirable)
• At least 2 years' experience in medical writing and associated fields (case processing, signal detection or risk management), ideally in a CRO environment
• Ability to manage several tasks and prioritise workloads with attention to detail
• Ability to train and mentor associate medical writers
• Strong team player; fluency in English, an additional language is a benefit
