Marketing Programs & Content Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for an organized, execution‑focused Marketing Programs & Content Coordinator to drive Bromand’s day‑to‑day marketing activities. You will translate leadership strategy into consistent, high‑quality output across LinkedIn, email, events and partner initiatives, ensuring momentum and measurable impact.

Key responsibilities

• Manage weekly LinkedIn posting cadence, create visuals, carousels and video snippets, and maintain a content backlog.
• Execute email campaigns, build assets and workflows, handle segmentation, list hygiene and support newsletters and nurture streams.
• Gradually take ownership of website maintenance, publish blog articles, create landing pages and keep site content on‑brand.
• Coordinate marketing deliverables for events, webinars and partner promotions, gathering audience feedback and metrics.
• Maintain content calendars, organize assets in Canva and shared folders, and liaise with CRO, leadership and third‑party partners.

Required profile

• Highly organized and detail‑oriented.
• Strong written communication skills.
• Enjoys execution more than abstract strategy.
• Willing to learn basic website CMS publishing if not already experienced.
