About the role

VILA RUŽICA is looking for a full‑time waiter to join its restaurant team in Crikvenica. The role involves serving guests, ensuring a pleasant dining experience, and supporting the overall operation of the venue.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests, present menus, and take orders accurately.
• Serve food and beverages promptly, adhering to service standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining area, and service stations.
• Assist with opening and closing duties, including setting up and breaking down the dining room.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to coordinate orders.

Required profile

• Secondary school education (SSS) or equivalent.
• Good command of English; German is a plus but not mandatory.
• Ability to work quickly and conscientiously.
• No prior experience required, though hospitality experience is welcomed.

Required skills

• Basic communication skills in English.
• Optional knowledge of German.
