CNC Laser Operator

About the role

Join Sportradar's Mostar office to operate CNC laser equipment in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment, assembling electronic components for high‑performance gaming terminals.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and adjust CNC machines, inspect produced parts, and perform routine maintenance.
• Assemble electronic components, including soldering and wiring installations, following work instructions and quality standards.
• Conduct visual inspections and basic quality control of finished and semi‑finished products.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in line with health and safety regulations.
• Report deviations, defects, or technical issues to supervisors promptly.

Required profile

• Good manual dexterity and attention to detail.
• Ability to follow engineering instructions and manufacturing procedures.
• Basic technical understanding with a willingness to learn.
• Reliability, responsibility, and a positive work attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
