About the role

The Shift Manager supports the Store Manager in daily retail operations across several locations in Croatia. You will ensure smooth sales processes, maintain store standards, and guarantee high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily sales activities, including order processing and payments.
• Maintain cleanliness and visual standards of the store.
• Receive and store merchandise correctly.
• Ensure attractive product presentation and store appearance.
• Guarantee product quality and availability.
• Enforce safety rules within the store.
• Motivate, supervise, and train team members.
• Handle team and customer inquiries, complaints, and returns.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Follow all store processes and procedures.
• Collaborate closely with the Store Manager.

Required profile

• Minimum secondary school education; higher education in economics is a plus.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
• Basic knowledge of Italian and/or English is desirable.
• Flexibility to set priorities and manage multiple projects.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
