About the role

We are looking for an exceptionally capable, analytical, and commercially‑driven Sales and Marketing Manager to support the continued growth of our four‑star hotel. The role goes beyond social media and promotion; it requires a deep understanding of hotel operations, strategic thinking, and data‑based decision making.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to increase occupancy, revenue and direct bookings.
• Analyse key performance indicators such as occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, reservation dynamics and market segments.
• Understand hotel pricing policies, distribution channels and conduct competitive analysis.
• Identify market trends and business opportunities and implement practical actions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, tour operators and other partners.
• Communicate business proposals clearly and persuasively.

Required profile

• Previous sales or marketing experience in a 4‑ or 5‑star hotel.
• Excellent analytical abilities and familiarity with hotel KPIs.
• Solid knowledge of pricing, distribution, and competitor analysis.
• Ability to recognise trends, seize opportunities and act with sound business judgment.
• Highly organised, responsible and results‑oriented.
