About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Shift Leader to join our retail team in Foča. You will support the store manager, ensure smooth operations during shifts, and deliver excellent customer service in a dynamic fashion environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the store manager with daily operational tasks.
• Organize and supervise store activities during each shift.
• Implement and maintain the brand’s visual standards.
• Receive merchandise, ensure product quality, and position items according to brand guidelines.
• Communicate effectively with team members to complete daily tasks.
• Provide professional service to customers.
• Operate the cash register and monitor sales performance.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the store manager.

Required profile

• Completed secondary education (or higher qualification).
• Approachable, open, and enjoys working with people.
• Willingness to work in rotating shifts.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Good command of English.
• Basic computer skills, especially MS Office.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities.
• Proactive problem‑solving mindset.
• Retail experience is a plus but not mandatory.
