About the role

We are looking for a motivated Technologist to manage and improve our food production processes in Vranjic. You will ensure product compliance with legal and food safety standards while supporting continuous improvement across the plant.

Key responsibilities

• Manage technological processes and control production.
• Ensure product compliance with legal regulations and food standards.
• Control raw materials and semi‑finished goods, sample, and verify supplier documentation.
• Monitor finished‑product quality and handle complaints.
• Participate in the development, implementation and supervision of HACCP and ISO systems.
• Prepare and verify HACCP/SSOP records and report on system status.
• Organise product and water analyses; maintain certificates and legal documentation.
• Create and maintain product declarations, specifications and labeling (EAN, tags).
• Maintain required records, report to management and monitor daily production processes.
• Educate staff on food safety, hygiene and technology.
• Mentor employees and drive continuous skill development.
• Ensure workplace hygiene, occupational safety and cleanliness.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by supervisors.

Required profile

• Completed studies in Food Technology or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of HACCP and ISO systems.
• Understanding of production and technological processes.
• Responsibility, precision and adherence to hygiene standards.
• Good computer literacy.
• Ability to work independently and make decisions.
• Willingness to work in a team and learn new skills.
• Experience in the food industry is a plus, not mandatory.
