About the role

Jasmin M d.o.o. is an authorized distributor and service partner for leading global manufacturers in the industrial, forestry, mining and construction sectors. The company is expanding its team and seeks a motivated Technical Sales Engineer for Bosch Rexroth hydraulic systems, working primarily from Sarajevo with field visits across Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Key responsibilities

• Develop sales of hydraulic components, systems and service solutions within the Bosch Rexroth portfolio.
• Visit existing and potential customers in industry, construction, mining and related sectors.
• Interpret technical requirements and prepare suitable solutions together with engineering and service teams.
• Prepare offers, calculations, commercial documentation and monitor order execution.
• Work with catalog data, technical documentation and CRM to record activities.
• Monitor market trends, projects and competition; provide post‑sales support and nurture long‑term customer relationships.

Required profile

• Higher education in mechanical, electrotechnical or related fields (VŠS/VSS); candidates with relevant experience and secondary education will also be considered.
• Knowledge of industrial or mobile hydraulics is a strong advantage.
• Experience in B2B technical sales, maintenance or project design is preferred.
• Good computer skills and basic English proficiency.
• Valid driver’s licence (category B) and willingness to work on the field.
• Strong communication, negotiation, organization and responsibility.
