About the role

We are looking for a responsible and technically‑oriented Fleet Maintenance Technician to ensure the reliability of our fleet of trucks, trailers and work machines. The role involves daily inspections, preventive maintenance and coordination of repairs to keep the fleet operational.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily checks of technical condition of trucks, trailers and work machines.
• Carry out preventive inspections and computer‑based diagnostics.
• Execute basic service and mechanical interventions.
• Inspect tyres, brakes, steering, suspension, fluids, lighting and electrical systems.
• Organise and monitor regular servicing and repairs.
• Receive fault reports from drivers, prioritize repairs and schedule work.
• Prepare vehicles for technical inspections and track required deadlines.
• Maintain records of faults, services and maintenance costs.
• Communicate with service providers and spare‑part suppliers.
• Control quality of completed repairs and monitor recurring issues.
• Work to minimise downtime and increase fleet availability.

Required profile

• Secondary technical education – automotive mechanic, auto‑electronics or mechatronics.
• Experience maintaining heavy‑duty vehicles.
• Experience using diagnostic devices.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Valid category B driver’s licence (category C is a plus).
• Responsible, independent and well‑organized.
• Strong inclination for technical work and problem solving.
