About the role

The Quality Control Specialist ensures that all raw materials, packaging, and finished products meet legal regulations and internal quality standards. You will work closely with production, suppliers, and regulatory bodies to maintain the highest food safety levels.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and implement food and packaging legislation and quality standards.
• Plan and organise incoming inspection of packaging, meat raw materials and additives according to specifications.
• Participate in upgrading food safety systems based on HACCP, IFS Food and ISO standards.
• Prepare internal documentation in line with legal requirements and scientific literature.
• Collaborate with production departments, inspectors, laboratories and suppliers.

Required profile

• University degree in Food Technology, Agronomy or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar quality control role.
• Basic knowledge of English.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Responsible, organised and professional attitude.

Required skills

• MS Office
• Knowledge of HACCP, IFS Food and ISO food safety standards
