About the role
The company is looking for two pastry chefs specialized in dough production to work at its manufacturing site located at SR Njemačke 1 C, Dugave, Zagreb. The role focuses on preparing dough according to established recipes while maintaining high quality and hygiene standards.
Key responsibilities
- Produce dough for pastry items in the production line.
- Maintain equipment cleanliness and report any issues.
- Record production data and follow quality control procedures.
- Adhere to safety and hygiene regulations throughout the shift.
Required profile
- Completed education in pastry or bakery.
- Proven experience in independent dough production.
- Responsible, reliable, dedicated and accurate in work.
- High level of motivation and willingness to work in a team.
- Ability to work autonomously while following company standards.
