About the role

The company is looking for a skilled service mechanic to perform repair and maintenance on high‑speed diesel and gas marine engines. The position is based in Kastav and involves working on a variety of ship propulsion systems.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain high‑speed diesel engines used in marine vessels.
• Perform routine maintenance and overhauls on gas engines.
• Document work performed and report technical findings to the engineering team.
• Collaborate with colleagues on international projects to ensure engine reliability.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of professional experience as a mechanic or service technician for high‑speed diesel or gas engines.
• Basic computer literacy (e‑mail, Microsoft Word, Excel).
• Good command of the English language.
• Motivated, reliable and able to work effectively in a team.
