Sales Advisor in Watch & Jewellery Store

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic sales advisors to join our watch and jewellery stores located in major Croatian cities. You will be the face of the brand, helping customers discover the perfect timepiece or piece of jewellery while delivering a premium retail experience.

Key responsibilities

• Present and sell watches and jewellery to customers, meeting daily and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain the visual presentation of the store, ensuring products are displayed attractively and the environment is clean and orderly.
• Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
• Monitor inventory and report any issues with equipment or stock.
• Uphold company service standards and contribute to a positive team atmosphere.

Required profile

• Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in fashion, accessories or luxury goods.
• Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Reliability, punctuality and a professional appearance.
