About the role

Core Migration is looking for remote Customer Acquisition Specialists to engage business owners in Croatia, Slovenia and the BCMS region. You will help companies solve their most critical challenge – finding the right talent – while building a rewarding sales career.

Key responsibilities

• Initiate inbound and outbound conversations with prospective clients.
• Understand each client’s recruitment needs and propose tailored workforce solutions.
• Build and maintain strong, trust‑based relationships with business owners.
• Manage the sales pipeline from first contact through to closing.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records and organized communication throughout the sales process.
