About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Representative to join our office team in Viškovo. You will act as the main point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, preparing offers, and ensuring smooth order processing.

Key responsibilities

• Daily communication with customers via phone and email
• Prepare and send price quotations and product offers
• Receive, enter, and confirm customer orders in the system
• Generate invoices and coordinate product dispatch
• Send product samples upon request
• Collaborate with internal departments such as logistics, finance, and production

Required profile

• Goal‑oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets
• High sense of responsibility and precision in work
• Motivation to learn new knowledge and skills
• Team player with good interpersonal abilities
• Basic knowledge of German is a plus (not mandatory)

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
