Referent prodaje / Referent komercijale (m/ž)

About the role

The Sales/Commercial Referent will support daily commercial activities in both wholesale and retail environments. You will act as a liaison between customers and internal departments, ensuring smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Handle daily communication with customers and internal teams.
• Process orders, prepare offers and invoices, and monitor shipments when required.
• Advise customers, create goods receipts, and calculate purchase/sale prices.
• Participate in complaint resolution and warehouse inventory checks.
• Maintain account reconciliations (konto kartica).

Required profile

• Strong communication skills and good memory.
• Well‑organized, responsible and able to work independently.
• Result‑oriented with a clear focus on customer needs.
• Precise, agile and able to thrive in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
• Fluent in Croatian (spoken and written) is a plus.

Required skills

• Advanced use of Microsoft Excel.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Word.
• Experience with business‑commercial software for sales and warehouse documentation.
• Familiarity with e‑invoice applications.
• Basic knowledge of the Swing program (optional).
