About the role

The company is looking for a Procurement Referent to manage the acquisition of materials, equipment and services needed for its shipyard operations. The role involves close collaboration with the warehouse, production and technical departments to ensure timely and cost‑effective supply.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct procurement procedures for materials, equipment and services.
• Collect and analyse supplier offers.
• Negotiate price, delivery terms and quality requirements.
• Prepare purchase orders and monitor delivery execution.
• Track inventory and coordinate with warehouse, production and technical teams.
• Participate in cost planning and optimisation of procurement processes.
• Maintain procurement records and related administrative tasks.

Required profile

• Secondary or higher education in economics, engineering or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in procurement, preferably in industry or shipbuilding.
• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
• Basic understanding of technical documentation.
• English language proficiency at A2 level.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Organised, responsible and able to work independently.
