About the role

The Receptionist – Apartment Reception Manager will be the first point of contact for guests staying at our apartments in Seget Donji. You will ensure smooth check‑in and check‑out processes, provide accurate information, and create a welcoming atmosphere.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests, handle registrations and departures, and process payments.
• Issue room keys or cards and maintain up‑to‑date room status.
• Provide information about services, local attractions, transport, and events.
• Manage reservations via phone, email and online systems.
• Prepare invoices, operate the cash register and produce daily occupancy and revenue reports.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams regarding room conditions.
• Address guest complaints, arrange additional services such as taxis, wake‑up calls, restaurant bookings, and excursions.
• Maintain a tidy reception area and follow security procedures.

Required profile

• At least one year of experience in a reception or similar hospitality role.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Good computer literacy.
• Fluent in English and German; additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Computer operation (basic office software).
