About the role

We are looking for a motivated glass worker (male/female) to join our production team in Omiš. The role involves handling raw glass, shaping it into finished components and ensuring high‑quality output in a safe, collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Cut, grind, drill and glue glass according to specifications.
• Prepare and assemble glass elements and finished products.
• Perform quality checks on processed and final glass items.
• Package products and ready them for shipment.
• Maintain workstations and tools in good condition.
• Follow all safety regulations and procedures.
• Collaborate actively with other team members.

Required profile

• Physical stamina and ability to work with hand tools.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Willingness to adhere to safety standards.
• Team‑oriented attitude.

What we offer
