About the role

The Maintenance Worker will ensure the reliable operation of all production and energy lines by performing regular preventive maintenance, troubleshooting breakdowns, and supporting equipment upgrades. You will work closely with the maintenance manager and contribute to a safe, efficient manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform regular and preventive maintenance of electrical equipment and all production lines.
• Repair machine breakdowns that occur during production.
• Report observed deficiencies and problems to the maintenance manager.
• Conduct daily inspections of production lines and record their condition.
• Install and assemble machines according to technical documentation and dismantle outdated components.
• Maintain accurate maintenance work diaries for each production line.
• Independently manage and control boilers and compressor stations.

Required profile

• Secondary technical education (mechatronics, electrical engineering, metalworking or related field).
• Motivated, responsible and eager to learn; teamwork orientation.
• Valid B‑category driver’s licence.
• Work experience in maintenance is desirable but not mandatory.
