Quality Controller (m/f)

About the role

PIA Automation Croatia is looking for a Quality Controller to ensure the precision and reliability of production parts. You will work closely with internal departments and external suppliers to maintain high quality standards and support continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Perform measurement tasks based on technical drawings and generate detailed reports.
• Supervise and maintain measuring equipment and the measuring room environment (max 21 °C).
• Coordinate with various professional departments to clarify technical issues.
• Assess delivery quality of production parts, track complaints, and compile statistics.
• Prepare and submit documentation for defective parts to suppliers, in cooperation with purchasing.
• Process complaints using NAV ERP (Navision) and ensure timely availability of new or repaired parts.
• Conduct supplier audits and maintain communication with suppliers and internal experts.

Required profile

• At least 3 years of experience in quality assurance within an industrial setting.
• Proven ability to work independently, meet deadlines and take responsibility for decisions.
• Fluent English; German is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with ERP systems, specifically Navision.
• Proficiency in MS Office, 3D CAD and AutoCAD (ACAD).
• Strong knowledge of form and position tolerances and ability to read mechanical drawings.
