Product Management Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Product Management Specialist to join our automotive parts business in Zagreb. You will be responsible for managing a product portfolio, supporting procurement, and driving market‑focused initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Procure and manage products within the assigned portfolio.
• Monitor market trends, analyse commercial potential and contribute to pricing decisions.
• Identify risks, constraints and opportunities in product management processes.
• Track purchasing activities, inventory levels and product availability for the sales network.
• Develop assortments and prepare sales campaigns to improve product placement.
• Coordinate licensing, certification and market positioning of new products.
• Maintain regular communication with suppliers.
• Support branches in parts procurement and resolve assortment‑related queries.
• Prepare reports on activities and results related to product management.

Required profile

• Higher education (SSS/VŠS/VSS) in a technical or economic field.
• Fast learner with analytical thinking, adaptability to new systems and strong development drive.
• Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
• Valid category B driving licence.
• Systematic, accurate and responsible work style.
• Proactive, independent and result‑oriented.
