About the role

Cortina d.o.o. is looking for a motivated salesperson to join its agricultural store in Matulji. The role involves assisting customers, handling transactions, and maintaining the sales floor. The position works on a regular morning shift, providing a stable routine for the right candidate.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers, understand their needs and provide product advice related to agricultural supplies.
• Operate the cash register efficiently, process payments and issue receipts accurately.
• Restock shelves, arrange merchandise and ensure the store presentation meets company standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of the sales area, including regular checks of equipment.
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve daily sales targets and support inventory management.

Required profile

• Basic education (e.g., high school diploma) or equivalent.
• Reliability and punctuality for a fixed morning schedule.
• Good communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
• Ability to work in a team environment and follow store procedures.
