About the role
We are looking for responsible and motivated individuals to join our team at gas‑station outlets in Croatia. As a Sales Associate you will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring a pleasant and efficient shopping experience.
Key responsibilities
- Daily interaction with customers and delivery of high‑quality service
- Operating the cash register and handling product payments
- Stocking, arranging and presenting merchandise
- Maintaining cleanliness, hygiene and overall appearance of the premises and surrounding area
- Complying with legal regulations, internal guidelines and company policies
Required profile
- Polite, responsible and reliable
- Strong communication skills and customer‑oriented attitude
- Willingness to work as part of a team
- Neat and conscientious in task execution
- Availability for shift work (morning and afternoon)
