About the role
The Sales Advisor will interact directly with customers, prepare offers, and handle order packaging. This position is based in Sarajevo and involves both in‑store and online customer communication.
Key responsibilities
- Assist customers and answer their inquiries
- Create offers and pack orders
- Receive and label merchandise
- Communicate with customers via the internet
- Issue goods and process payments
Required profile
- Minimum secondary school (SSS B) qualification
- Preferably some experience in similar roles
- Strong communication skills
- Politeness and customer‑service orientation
- Responsibility and accuracy in record‑keeping
