About the role

We are looking for a responsible, organized and proactive individual to lead our restaurant in Donji Desinec and coordinate the central production unit. The role combines daily restaurant management with oversight of production processes, ensuring high service quality and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Organise, coordinate and supervise daily restaurant operations.
• Manage and coordinate the work of the central production facility.
• Ensure implementation of business procedures and operational standards.
• Control inventory levels and place timely orders for goods and raw materials.
• Prepare regular reports and inform superiors of performance.
• Monitor service quality and operational results.
• Plan staff schedules and assign work tasks.

Required profile

• Previous experience in similar restaurant or hospitality management roles.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant operations and team organisation.
• Excellent organisational and coordination abilities.
• Focus on service quality and achievement of operational targets.
• Familiarity with occupational safety, fire protection, environmental protection and HACCP regulations.
