About the role
We are looking for an Assistant Construction Worker to join our team in Donja Bistra. The role involves hands‑on work in the production of concrete elements, supporting the construction process on a daily basis.
Key responsibilities
- Work in the production line of concrete elements.
- Assemble reinforcement cages.
- Prepare Peri‑type formwork for concreting operations.
- Participate actively in the concreting process.
Required profile
- Physical ability to perform manual construction tasks.
- Willingness to work in a team-oriented, on‑site environment.
Required skills
- Reinforcement cage assembly.
- Formwork preparation using Peri systems.
- Basic knowledge of concrete production processes.
